We are looking for a Part Time Office Administrator to work within our family run company based in Frimley Green.
Duties will include –
- Email management for the estimators
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and arranging deliveries if required
- Answering all phone calls professionally and dealing with any queries that arise efficiently
- Stationery ordering
- Filing quotes, invoices, purchase orders and remittances
- Making sure the overall office is clean and tidy at all times
You must have a good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel and be able to work on your own initiative. A knowledge of social media would be desired but not essential.
